Young Men of Positive Impact (YMOPI)
Brother Andre Smith
Young Men of Positive Impact (YOMPI) is committed to building strong, trusting relationships, positives attitudes and life skills in youth through mentoring and social entrepreneurship.
Our Vision: To inspire positive changes in youth and families.
Core Values: We believe that: A good role model and a positive environment bring out the best in kids. Mentoring works best when it is long-term, centered in community, and built around fun activities. A positive attitude can transform a life, regardless of what one is going through. We should all strive to be more compassionate, kind, and respectful. Tolerating disrespectful behaviors damages kids and communities. Kids we mentor today will pass the torch, as young adults, by mentoring the next group of kids.
Train Up a Child in the Way he Should go
And When he is old he will not depart from it.
