REQUEST FOR FUNERAL SERVICES

Funeral Policy

You and your family have our sincere sympathy and prayers for acceptance and healing in the name of our Lord and Savior, JESUS CHRIST!

To request a service, please email our administrative office and someone will contact you in 24 hours, during regular business hours. If it is an emergency, please contact the office at 305-751-4251. You can also fax your request to 305-751-5102.

MEMBERS

As of February 14, 2011, every member of SMFWBC who is in good standing, meaning has not been out of fellowship with the church more than 90 days and the member pass away, their family is privileged to have his/her funeral services in the Sanctuary, free of charge.

The Pastor, Officers and Members of the SMFWBC will render services for the bereaved family.  If a member is out of fellowship due to illness or confinement to any of the following, will not be charged: Hospital, Nursing Facility or confined at home.

LIVING MEMBERS WITH DECEASED NON-MEMBER REQUESTS

  1. Effective February 14, 2011, every member of SMFWBC who is in good standing, meaning not out of fellowship with SMFWBC more than 90 days and have a family member that has passed away, whom is not a member of SMFWBC (this is the deceased individual), the family will be requested to give a five hundred dollars ($500.00) donation to SMFWBC.

  2. When and if the family desires to use the Sanctuary for the viewing of the deceased person, an additional fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00) will be charged for the use of the Sanctuary.

  3. When and if the family desires to use the Fellowship Hall for the wake, an additional fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00) will be charged for the use of the facility.

  4. ​When and if the family desires to use the Fellowship Hall, for the repast, an additional fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00) will be charged for the use of the facility.
